Show 10B The Salt Lake Tribune, Friday, February 7, 1986 5 New Mission Presidents Called by Leaders of LDS Church Five new mission presidents have been called by the First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Newly called are Richard H. Cra-crof- t, Provo; Wallace F. Gray, Escondido, Calif.; Robert H. Lemmon, San Diego, Calif.; J. Samuel Park, Salt Lake City and Douglas F. Price, Katy, Texas. President Cracroft, 49, is dean of the College of Humanities at Brigham Young University, and formerly taught at the University of Utah and the University of Wisconsin. He is a graduate of BYU, with a masters degree from the University of Utah and a doctorate from the Uni SHORaWEEKDAYS Shop Weekdays tHi uHQQ5i versity of Wisconsin. He has served the church as a bishop, stake president and ward young men president. President Gray, 60, retired since 1981 after a teaching career in Escondido, has recently been residing in New South Wales, Australia, where he is serving as executive secretary to the churchs Pacific Area Presidency. He is a native of Santa Monica, Calif., with educational degrees from UCLA and San Diego State University. He has served the church as a counselor in the mission presidency, bishop, district president and stake president.
