At the conclusion of the service, the bishop announced Father Andrews appointment to the rank of Oikonomos by the directive of Archbishop Iakovos, head of the Archdiocese of North and South America. The elevation is the result of Father Andrews work in the diocese of Denver and the Salt Lake The Rev.
