Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake - City, Utah, September 22, 1916. Notice is hereby given that Ralph Horsley, whose post office address is Mounds, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Ut-ah, 1 9 U 7 . as amended bv the Session Laws of I'tah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate tw o and one-half ( 2 l2 ) cubic-feet of water per second from Mar-cine Mar-cine Wash, Emery County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 660 feet west and 495 feet south of the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 10, Town ship 16 south. Range 11 east, and conveyed con-veyed by means of a ditch for a distance dist-ance of 2640 feet and there used from April 1 to September 30, inclusive, of each year, "to irrigate 169 acres of land embraced in the west half of Section 14, township and range aforesaid. afore-said. This application is designated in the Slate Engineer's office as No. 6839. - 1 All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be made! by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a- fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
