Show FERRON The R. W. T. M. club met at the home of Miss Delphia Pettey last Friday Fri-day evening. The following officers were chosen: Miss Delia O'Connor, president; Miss Lillian Nelson, vice-president; vice-president; Miss Delphia Pettey, secretary sec-retary and treasurer. A talk was given on "Why we get old too soon" by Miss Ethel Carry, after which a delicious lunch was served. They will meet at the cottage next Thursday night to make plans for a Hallowe'en party. The Sunday school will give a Hallowe'en Hal-lowe'en dance next Monday night. Everybody Ev-erybody come out. Apple picking and packing seems to be all the go. Some of our fruitgrowers fruit-growers have several thousand bushels bush-els ready to ship. |
