Mr.and Mrs. John Timothy have just returned from the Reservation, where they visited their son Henry and i family. Mr. and Mrs. James P. Johnson are ! visiting relatives and friends in ;' Spanish For. j Misses Leona Johnson and Zella Anderson, after a brief visit at home, have returned to Salt Lake to resume , their studies at the business school. j Lewis Larson ia suffering with an j attack of appendicitis. Dr. Hill is at- , tending him. j Thomas Potter and family of Salt j Lake have been visiting relatives here. I Several of our townspeople attend- I ed the 4th of July celebration at Price, j several others the time at Huntington, , while many of our former residents came down from the camps to attend the celebration here. Louis P. Oveyon has been selected as a member of the town board in place of Wm. D. Stokes, resigned, and M. L. Snow was chosen health officer ia place of N. C. Ovesen, resigned. ! Art Neilson and Ren Bryson had a narrow escape with their lives on the night of the 3rd. of July. They were nearing Cleveland at the Tucker crossing, cros-sing, when their car, which Mr. Neil-son Neil-son was driving, missed the bridge and plunged into the canal. Mr. Bryson I was thrown through the windshield, and both were pretty badly scratched up, but received no serious-injuries. The car was almost completely demolished. de-molished. j Mrs. Neils Neilson is visiting with ; her son Richard and family, in Idaho. Our farmers seem to be having a serious time harvesting their hay.
