Show NOTICB TO WATER USER State Engineers Office, Salt; Lake City. Utah. April 12. 1916. Notice is hereby given that Charles W. Winders, whose post office address is Cleveland. Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1909, 1911 and 1915. to appropriate one and fourteen-hundredihs fourteen-hundredihs (1.1 .) cnbic-ieet of water per second from Shoemaker Wash, Emery County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which hears north 9 degrees :i5 minutes east 2112 feet from the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 17 bouth. Range 10 east. Salt i Lake basr and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a disiance of 8 9" feet and there used from April 15 to October 15. inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in the northeast quarter of Section 11, township and range aforesaid. As much of said water as may be necessary will be used duriug the entire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6597. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of 82.50. and filpd i this office wit hn thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
