Show "A NIGHT IN HAWAII" The Hawaiian Troubadors, who are to be at Castledale on Wednesday May 31st, in their striking musical, novelty, "A Night In Hawaii," have not misnamed mis-named their offering. The act was arranged ar-ranged with the idea of presenting a correct idea of the customs, music and dances of their native land and in this they are unquestionably successful. Every member of the company is a thorough musician, their melodious voices blending perfectly with the soft tones of the string instruments in the sweet harmony so delightful to all music lovers. Hawaiian and American airs, both vocal and instrumental, ranging rang-ing from ragtime to grand opera, as well as native dances in costume by the dainty little dancing girl, make up a program of pleasing variety. They come well recommended from neighbor- ng towns where they have played. |
