Show (iCILTY OF FOKGIN'G CIIJFCK A.F. Narver, extradited from Colorado Colo-rado several weeks ago to face a forgery charge here, was found guilty, the first of the week by a jury in Judge R. 13. Porter's division of the : Third district court on charge of ' forging a check for $2500, cashed I with the Continental National bank. I Narver, known also as H. C. Miller, came to Salt Lake from California, de-' de-' posited a check with the Continental National bank, to which the signature i of the Mauser Packing Company cf I Los Vngeles was affixed and for a few days was very much "about town." ! Then he departed, with the sheriff's ; office in pusuit. Located in Colorado, I he was brought back, tried, and con-j con-j victed. He will be sentenced Satur-i Satur-i day. Salt Lake Tribune.
