Show FUNERAL HELD FOR FORMER FERRON GIRL Ferron was called to weep this week for one of her most pcpular former girls, who, coming home for a Bhort visit with her folks, finally passed away after a brief fight with erysipelas. Mrs. CI )yd West, formerly of Ferron, and one of the most popular young ladies, of that place, passed away last Sunday evening leaving a host of friends and relatives to mourn her untimely demise. ' Mrs. West, formerly Miss Vl Hitchcock, Hitch-cock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. r rank Hitchcock of Ferron, was married to Mr. West some eignt months ago and has since resided at Mountain Home where her husband's father, Jos. West, and family are located Coming home for a visit a short time ago she contracted con-tracted a bad cold and this served to complicate her illness. The funeral was held in the Ferron meeting house Tuesday afternoon, attended at-tended bv a large nnmber of friends and relatives from Castle Dale and other places. The deceased was born at Ferron nineteen years ago and was there reared to young womanhood enjoying en-joying a wide range of friends who all mourn her loss, together with her young husband, father and mother, four sisters and three brothers, the latter all living in Ferron. |
