Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, I Utah, April 3, 1918. Notice is hereby given that Byron Howard, whose post-office address is Huntington, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate one and seven-tenths (1.7) second-feet of water from Meeting House Creek in Emery county. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 2646 ft. west and 806 ft. north from the southeast corner of Section 35, Township 16 South, Range 7 East, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed con-veyed by means of a ditch for a distance dist-ance of 5500 ft. and there used from April 1 to November 1 of each year to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in the SE14SWV4 and SSE, of Section 36, township and range aforesaid. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7630. All protests against the granting of j said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
