Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 13, 1918. Notice is hereby given that Sophus Nelson, whose post-office adress is Ferron, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909. 1911, and 1915, to appropriate two and three-tenths (2.3) second-feet of water from Dry Wash, in Emery-County. Emery-County. Said water will be diverted at a point S. 930' W. 1814 ft. from the northeast corner of Section 12, Township Town-ship 20 South, Range 6 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch tor a distance of 1500 ft. and there used from April 1 to October 15 of each year to Irrigate 160 acres of land embraced In the northwest quarter of Section 7, Township Town-ship 20 South, Range 7 East. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office at No. 7604. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
