Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 28, 1916. Notice is hereby given tkat Samuel L. Aiken, whose post office address is Castledale, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate appro-priate sixty-six-hundredths(.66) of an acre-foot of water from an unnamed dry wash in Emery County, Utah. Said water will be stored during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, in-clusive, of each year, in a reservoir constructed by means of a dam across the wash, at a point which bears south 2 degrees 42 minutes east 13,464 feet from the southeast corner of Section 3 3, Township 19 suth, Range 10 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and there used during the entire year for stock watering purposes. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6913. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
