Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 28, 1916. Notice is hereby given that the Ferron Fer-ron Canal and Reservoir Company, whose post office address is Ferron, Utah, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as a-mended a-mended by the Session Law of Utah, 1909. 1911, and 1915, to appropriate one hundred sixteen six-teen and seven-tenths (116.7) acre feet of water from Ferron Creek, Emery County, Utah. Said water will be stored from January 1 to December Decem-ber 31, inclusive of each year, in the natural channel of Willow Creek. The reservoir will inundate parts of the south half of Section 29, Township 19 south, K;tnge 5 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The center of the impounding im-pounding dam will bear south 61 degrees de-grees 41 minutes east 2899.3 feet from the west quarter corner of said Section Sec-tion 29, at which point the water will be released and allowed to flow down the natural channel of said Willow Creek, where it will be recovered at the following described points: Upper Up-per South Canal, 1485 feet south and 1064.25 feet east of the northwest corner of Section 7, Township 20 south. Range 7 east; Upper North Canal, Ca-nal, 1501 feet south and 1212.75 feet east from the northwest corner of said Section 7; Peterson Ditch, south 8 2 degrees 16 minutes east 2213 feet from the west quarter cornerof Section 14, township and range aforesaid; Lower South Canal, north 73 degrees 30 minutes min-utes west 402 feet from the south quarter corner of Section 13, township and range aforesaid, and used from July 1 to November 15, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 9000 acres of land embraced in Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 to 17, inclusive, 20, 21, 22, 23. 24, 27 and 28, Township 20 south, Range 7 east; Sections 2 to 9, Inclusive, 17, 18 and 19, Township 20 south, Range 8 east; Sections 13, 14, 22 to 27, inclusive, in-clusive, 35 and 36, Township 19 south, Range 7 eti.st; Sections 19, 20, 22, 27 28, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34 and 35, Township Town-ship 19 south, Range 8 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. This application applica-tion is designated in the State Engineer's Engin-eer's office as No. 6914. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
