Show REPUBLICAN CONVENTION A Republican County Convention is hereby called to meet in Castle Dale, Utah, in the cuonty court house on Saturday, July 29th, at 10 o'clock a. m. fi r the purpose of nominating ten delegates dele-gates to attend the State convention, to be held in Ogden on the 8th day of August, 1916. Said convention will nominate a governor, United States senator, secretary of state, state auditor, audi-tor, state treasurer, attorney-general, state superintendent of public instruction, instruc-tion, judge of supreme court, and four presidential electors. The apportionment of delegates to the several precincts is made on the basis of one delegate fur each ten votes or major fraction thereof cast for the Hon. Reed Smoot for United States senator in the election of 1914. The apportionment to the different precincts of Emery county is as follows: Green River, four Woodside, one Desert Lake, two Elmo, three Cleveland, two Mohrland, eight Huntington, ten Lawrence, four Castle Dale, thirteen Orangeville, ten Clawson, two Ferron, fourteen Molen, two Emery, thirteen Making a total of 83 delegates.
