Show EMERY "Cinderella in Flowerland" is the i title of the beautiful little operetta ! which is being presented on Wednesday evening for the children and Thursday evening for the parents, by the school children. This entertainment marks the close of a very successful school year and within a few days the teachers teach-ers will go to their various homes for a summer vacation. However, we expect to see them back again next fall. The Home Improvement league gave a very successful dancing part last Friday Fri-day evening. The proceeds amounted to over $50, which will be used to buy opera chairs to seat the old school building. The Home Economics association will meet semi-monthly on Wednesday afternoon after-noon hereafter, and take up the work outlined by the A. C. U. At present they are agitating a fly-campaign and in connection with some of the other organizations will offer prizes to the persons killing fhe most flies from April 15th until June 1st. Mrs. Geo. Mortensen sr., and Grant Mortensen attended the funeral of Mr. Niels Mortensen of Epbraim last week. Mrs. John B. Broderick underwent an operation at the Holy Cross hospital nearly two weeks ago and is getting a-long a-long very well. A year ago she "was operated upon in Salt Lake City and her condition ever since has been most critical. It is expected that she will soon be able to return to her home and family and her health will be much improved. im-proved. John S. Lewis is the happy owner of a new Ford auto, ' and is spending a great deal of his time sight seeing this week. A baby girl came to gladden the home of Mr. and Mrs. Emir Burr a few days ago..
