Show Miss Florence Jorgensen returned home last week from Salt Lake where she has spent the past year attending school. She was accompanied from Pri.e by Mrs. Geo. Jotgensen and children. Mr. and Mrs. P.C. Borreson are entertaining enter-taining Mrs. Borreson's sister whom they have not seen for 35 years. She has considerable properly' in Mexico and is accompanied on her visit by her daughter. Earl Miller, who has been working in auto shops in Salt Lake ishome for a few days visit be tore going to Price where he is figuring on operat ng a firstclass tire vulcanizing plant in the near future. Tom Faudis, county surveyor, left this week with a party of assi-tants to definitely locate the Carbon-Emery dividing di-viding line near Mohrland. Mr. Faddis will furnish us with a report on the matter on his return to the valley. The LuBell picture house has been enjoying unusually good houses the last two weeks. A dispatch to the Salt Lake dailies of last Monday gave a brief report of the stabbing to death of "One-round" Hogan, a notorious ex-prizefighter, by one Willis Nicholsen. The cutting occurred oc-curred near White Rock, Nevada, and whether or not the murderer is the Willis Nicholson of local fame we have not learned. The Jeffs home presented a gay appearance ap-pearance last Monday evening when the marriage of Miss Fay Jetfs and Mr. Charles Magnussen was celebrated. The ceremony was performed at five o'clock after which a big supper was served to a large numoer of invited guests. The Progress extends congratulations. con-gratulations. Justice R. C.
