Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 21, 1916. Notice is hereby given that L. C. Moore, whose post-office address is Rochester, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate fifty(50) cubic-feet of water per second from Muddy Creek, Emery County, Utah. Said water will be diverted di-verted at a point which bears south 88 degrees 20 minutes west 3534 feet from the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 22, Township Town-ship 21 South, Range 6 East, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed convey-ed by means of a ditch for a distance of 60,000 feet and there used from April 1 to September 30, inclusive, of' each year, to irrigate 3440 acres of land embraced in Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15, Township 21 South, Range 7 East. As much of said water as may be necessary will be used during dur-ing the entire year for domestic purposes. pur-poses. This application is designat- i ed in the State Engineer's office as I No. 6723. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
