Show ORANGEVILLE The funeral services of Father Guymon Guy-mon were held Tuesday. Bro. Guymon has been ailing for a Ion? time and his demise was not unexpected. Mr. and Mrs. S. P. Snow gave a reception in honor of their son Spencer's Spen-cer's wedding to Miss Vera Reid. Spencer Spen-cer and his bride are among our popular young people. The bride looked charming charm-ing in a gown of white silk and blue cord. A new arrival at the home of Thomas Guymon. This is the third time Tom is a papa no wonder he looks so matter-of-fact. Mrs. Woolman is yet quite ill. Also Aunt Jane Wilkin. We sincerely hope they may be better soon. The Black Diamond Co., a new coal and operating company composed of Orangeville and Castledale parties, are opening a new coal mine in Straight canyon that promises to be the best equipped mine operating for local trade. They have had eight men at work for I three weeks and are expecting to spend several hundred dollars more to properly proper-ly epuip the mine. The new floor in the Social hall is proving very attractive to the dancers, as well as all patrons of the hall. Fullmer Bros, have just returned from Green River, having secured a contract to construct a dam across the San Rafael river near the new bridge. They will leave the first .Of the week with men and teams to complete the job before high water can interfere with the work. , J. ii. Crawford left Thursday for Salt Lake and points in Sai.pete.
