Show A PRETTY WEDDING At noon on December 26, 1910 Miss Gladys Luella Tuttle and Mr. John Hardin Rixey were married at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F. O. Richardson. It was a quiet home wedding, but unusually pretty and effective. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. R. L. Mc-Arthur Mc-Arthur and was followed by a wedding dinner. The decorations were in Christmas Christ-mas colors and mistletoe, ferns,, yew j and heavy pendants of red movnlain berries made the house redolent of Christmas cheer. The bride is a sister of Mr. Richardson, Richard-son, and is already well known here for her gentle and kindly nature. The groom is the active manager of the Sovereign mine during the absence of the manager-in-chief, Mr. F. O. Richardson. Rich-ardson. Mr. Rixey 's father was a surgeon sur-geon in the United States Army during ! the civil war, and his brother also is a ' skillful and well known surgeon. He is j a nephew nf Dr. Rixey who accompanied President McKinley during his tour ! through the west. j Mr. and Mrs. Rixey will make their I permanent home in California. Having grown to womanhood in that town she has hosts of friends there to wish her all the happiness the world holds. j |
