Show B. Y U. TO HAVE ANNUAL EXHIBIT The annual exhibit of the B. Y. University Un-iversity has been set for June 1st. The students and faculty will entertain patrons pat-rons and friends from all over the state. Reduced rates have been secured from the railroads for theoccasion and a lare attendauce of visitors from all points of Utah county and nearby counties is expected. ex-pected. The visitors will have the pleasure of seeing the students at work, and in order that they miy also contribute contri-bute to the pleasure and benefit of the occasion (aside from the pleasure and encouragement of their presence) the owners of fine horses and cattle have been invited to take their animals to Provo, and the live stock exhibit will be an attractive and instructive feature of the day. The following is the general program: Reception of visitors . by the faculty and students, and a march by the school through the city. Meeting in college hall where a program pro-gram will be rendered by the music department, de-partment, interspersed with short speeches. Visiting the various departments of the school. Luncheon on the lawn in which visitors, visit-ors, faculty and students will join. The University band conducted by Prof. Sauer will discourse music. After luncheon visiting of the departments depart-ments will be continued and an inspection inspec-tion made of the annual exhibit of the departments of art and manual trainihg. Inspection of live stock. Sports on the "Y" field. In the evening, the opera. |
