Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE, j SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, Sept 9, 1912. NOTICE is hereby given that Fred R. Wanlesa. whose postofhee address is Salt Lake City , Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911,; to appropriate thirty-two (32) cubic-feet of water per second from Hunting-, Hunting-, ton Creek, Emery County, Utah. Part of said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 25 degrees 30 minutes west 1.700 feet distant of the south quarter corner of Section 5. Township 15 south, range 7 east Salt Lake base and meridian. The balance of said water wa-ter will be diverted at a point which bears north 22 degrees west 2.000 feet distant of the southeast corner of Section 11, Township 15 south, Range 6 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be conveyed from the above described points by means of two pipe lines aggregating 56.760 feet In length, and there used during the period from j January 1 to December 31. inclusive, of each year, j to develop power for the purpose of electric tight- j ing and propelling machinery in Emery and Carbon Car-bon counties, Utah. After having been so divert- i ed and used, the water will be returned to the natural channel of the stream at a point which bears north 8 degrees weat 1.200 feet distant of J the south quarter corner of Section 4, Town- ship 16 soufti. Range 7 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated ia the State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No. 4613. All protests against the granting of Raid application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (3o) days after the completion of the , publication of this notice.
