Show EMERY ing gallery will be conducted for one hour. Every body come out and see the fun! Children's races will be carried on for half an hour, after which there will be a ladies basket ball game, also a base ball game. The day's amusements amuse-ments will be concluded by a dance in the evening.. Five Emery people are at Salt Lake in hospitals and are reported as getting along fairly well. A baby boy arrived at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alfed Jorgensen, on July 14th. Mrs. Clara Wickman of Castledale m .de a short visit in Emery the first of the week. The Relief Society held a social on Tuesday afternoon in honor of Sister Emmeline B. Wells. A short program w; 8 rendered, refreshments served and games were played, and a mcst enjoyable enjoy-able time spent by all present. The older ladies were special guests and j were conveyed to and from the meeting house. Each lady donated JO cents, whbh Will be sent to Sister Wells. |
