Show EMERY Last Friday evening the seventh and; eighth grades gave their closing pro-! . gram. Their parts were rendered in a' very pleasing manner and everyone felt much repaid for going out to it. There: were eleven eighth grade graduates, the: largest class Emery has ever had They . were as follows: Jennie Wickman, Lilace Olsen, Ella Peacock, May Allred,, j Juventa Williams, Minnie Christensen,. I Howard Jensen. Joseph Jensen, Melvin: ! Peacock, Bryan Peacock and Elery Simonson. Mr. and Mrs. Murdock and Mr. and Mrs. Johnson left for their respective homes Monday. Mr. Murdock and Mr. Johnson taught school here last winter. Miss Kdlpack, also a teacher, has gone i to her home in Ferron. Miss Hocksen will remain here until summer schoo 1 begins in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Red I of Price are Emery visitors. Mrs. Bertha Wilson (nee Christensen) of Provo is here visiting her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Caspar Christen- son. Miss Ruby Williams will give a course of music lessons this summer. |
