Show LAWRENCE Work on the road between the Buckhorn Buck-horn flat and Lawrence commenced j i - Thursday last. In addition to this we are to have a through telephone line and an automobile road. Mrs. Minnie Christensen has had a very severe attack of peritonitis, nevertheless, she is recovering. Dr. ; Hill of Huntington has been in attend-1 ance. An eleven-pound boy was presented to Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Wilstead, the forepart of last week. All concern?d doing well. I. N. Day is moving back to his ranch, and a family from Salt Lake City is coming to occupy the Dan Lewis place in Mr. Day's stead. Mr. and Mrs. N. C. Christensen of Cleveland were visiting with their son, i Clem and wife during Mrs. Christen-j Christen-j sen's illness. ! The funeral service over the remains I of the infant child of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Hansen was held in the ward meet-i meet-i ing house Saturday the 8th. Many beautiful flowers were laid on the casket. The grammar grades of our school have resumed work again; the others I are out owing to Wi3S Mathie's illness. Dorthy Day has been home this week as Sister Day has been ill. |
