Show ITALY EXCITED OVER GREECE. Great Britain and France Expected to Resent Occupation of Albania. Rome. The report that Greece has landed 1,200 soldiers at Santi Quar-anta, Quar-anta, thus taking possession of the southern part of Albania, which gives it entire control of the Corfu channel, is causing a profound impression in Rome. As this step on the part ot Greece was strongly opposed by the London conference, it is generally believed be-lieved in Italian political circles that Greece will not be supported by Great Britain and France. |
