Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE. j I SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, April 20. 1911. I NOTICE is hereby given that L. H. Millon, whose post office address is Woodside, Utah, has ! made application in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907. as a-mended a-mended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to ! appropriate two thousandths (.002) of a cubicfoot : per second of water from an unnamed spring in i Emery county, Utah. Said spring is situated at J a point which bears north 31 degrees, 23 minutes I east 21.011 feet distant from the northeast corner 1 of section 3, township 17 south, range 14 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be diverted at the place where it issues from said springand conveyed by means of a pipe-linefor a distance of (i feet, and there used during the period from May 1 to October 31 , inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in the state engineer's office as No. 3695. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
