Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, Aur. 12. 1913. .. Notice is hereby piven that E- T. Cannon, whose post office addrens is Salt Lake City. Utah, has made application 'in accordance with the requirements require-ments of thc Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate two hundred (200) acre-feet of water from Calf Canvon", Emery county. Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 8 decrees 55 minutes east 9.000 feet distant of the south quarter corner of Section :;4, Township 18 south, R-intfe 10 east. S;ilt Lake base ano meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 800 feet, to a reservoir embraced in Section 27. Township 18 south, Ranjre 10 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, where it will be stored during the period from November 1 of each ypar1. to April 30. inclusive, of the year following. The center of the impounding dam is situated at a point which bears north 38 minutes east 1.110 f'-t distant of the south quarter corner of Section 1; Township 18 south, range 10 east.
