Show ELMO There is quite a wave of sickness sweeping through our town, colds, lagrippe and pneumonia. - The infant sou of. MrandMrt., Rudolph Ru-dolph Cramer passed away last Sunday morning and was buried. There was not a large attendance at the funeral on account of so much sickness, but their many friends sympathize with them in their bereavement. Why lament the Saint's dying. Why indulge in tears or gloom? Calmly in his Lord relying, He has met the opening tomb. Angels now all are singing To greet his joyful entrance there. The school dance was a success. Young people coming from Cleveland, and Desert Lake enjoyed 'themselves immensely. The Y; L. M. I. A. will give a dance February 14th. Valentines will be for sale several days before. Mrs. Ada Oviatt has been quite low with pneumonia but now she is on the improve. Mrs. Geo. T. Oviatt visited with her daughter, Mrs. J. D. Brinkerhuff in Wellington. Some of our young ladies are talking of getting married February 30. They are quite young as yet but whjn the day comes they will be old enough. |
