Show ; The Primary association presented a very successfull entertainment Wed- j nesday evening. The first on the pro- j gram was an exercise, "The Soldiers j Farewell," given by the first grade, j under the direction of the first grade teachers, Mesdames Geo. Wakefield and , Geo. Gardner. A very beautiful fea- j ture being The parting scene of the ' j "little mothers" with their "boys in 1 blue." A chorus song, and the dainty little ! exercise, "The Faires in the Woods, ' 1 was given by the second grade, under the direction of Mrs. Ed Mangrum, and . Misses Flora and Senate Johnson, i "A very pleasant dream, " and "The Doll Exhibition," were given by the th'rd grace,, the teachers being Mesdames Mes-dames Geneva Cox and Laura Black. A humorous exercise "Quarantine for Measles" was given by the fourth grade, under the direction of Mesdames Mes-dames Hyrum Peterson and Amos Wakefield. ,The fifth grade very successfuly presented the two act cnmedy drama, 'Dr. Cure:all", under the direction of he fifth grade teachers, Mrs David H. Wood and Miss Annie Brasher. The house was crowded. The proceeds were for the benefit of the Primary association. |
