A special patriotic program honoring George Washington will be given. Mrs. Clara Hulme, class leader, will be in charge of the program. Fourth Ward Meeting begins at 2 oclock. A program in honor of George Washington will be featured after which a social will be held. The George Washington tree will be dedicated. All members arc cordially invited to attend. Ninth Ward will Meeting commence at 2 p. m. The literary lesson on George Washington will be given by Mrs. Lais Hales. The tree planted last year will be dedicated to him. Prayer will be given by Mrs. Laura Merrill. Mrs. Martha Stephens, president of the Relief Society will be in charge. Eleventh Ward The program is as follows; song, America", by the choir; topic, George Washing ton, Mrs. Stott, class leader; discussion of topic, Mrs. Mary E Smith and Mrs. Edna Bowen; "The flag without a stain" Mrs ol Rebecca Calderwood; reading the American Creed, Mrs. Emily Father of Our Larsen; song, Land, group of girls from Junior high school; reading, "Under the Old Elm Tree", James Russell Lowell, by Mrs. O. A. Garff; song. "Star Spangled Banner" by the choir. A good attendance of members is desired. The national oath will be read by Mrs. Egan and a reading will be given by Mrs. Eva B. Merrill. There will also be appropriate musical numbers. All members are invited. The members of the Cache Stake Relief Society presidency, entertained at a delightful party Saturday afternoon at the home of Mrs. G. W. Lindquist, in compli- ment to Mrs. Martha Stephens, who has resigned from the board to become the president of the Ninth ward Relief Society. Social chat and music formed the entertainment during the afternoon after which a luncheon was served. All appointments and favors for decorating the luncheon table were of George Washington design.
