Bids must be in sealed envelopes accompanied by certified checks, e money orders, bank or cashiers' checks made.' drafts, payable to the Bureau of Land Management for the amounts of the bids. The highest bidder at the sale will be required to pay immediately the amount thereof. Any adverse d claimants of the land should file their claims, or objections, with the undersigned on or before the time designated for sale.
