On Oct. 13, 1930 with two Commissioners and Clerk, D.M. Tietjen, and County Attorney present, the following minutes were made: Clerk was instructed to write Dan Heaton and tell him that County Commissioners had been advised they could not sell C. D. Judd house and take stock for payment. Minutes of Nov. 14, 1930 in part reads: The Clerk was also instructed to pay off the debt of $750 for the Macdonald lot as soon aj money was available in County Road Fund. The deed to the property from Mr. and Mrs. Macdonald has set in the County Clerks office since July 8, 1930 and up to this morning, Thursday April 4, 1957 has never been recorded, or put on the records in any way that we could find. No accurate description of the property is available other than on the deed itself.
