Men' track and field had even athletes named to the list , while men's basketball and baseball each had five players selected. Women's oftball and women's tennis ea91 had three players named to teams. In order for a student-athlete to be elected to the Academic All-Conference team, he or she must meet the folJowing criteria: carry a 3.00 or better cumulative grade point average, achieve sophomore academic standing at the institution, and earn a letter in the sport in which he or he is nominated in the season that corresponds with the selection of the award. · Valparaiso University led all Mid-Con schools with 60 student-athlete selected to the teams.
