Lynn By bee received his Star Scout badge, which also was his lory making the first one ever to 1' earned in the troop. Following this, Earl Hanson, chairman of the Mount Ogden Dis triet and representing the National Council, presented Delane Bybee with a citation for the heroism displayed when he saved the lives of Johnny and Billy Price. Following the scouts court of honor, a speech festival was pre se it ted by the MIA.
