Show Irving Faculty Stage Broadway Musical BY SHIRLEY MAN00K2N 467-30- Sanders at the piano were a fabulous orchestra. Mrs. Helen LeeMaster, choral Instructor, along with the rest 38 Singing, dancing and galty of a well known Broadway Musical delighted the student body last Friday as their talented faculty presented an assembly. Under the directorship of Karl Engar, with M rs. Frances Boyden as dramatic coach, the sprightly comedy moved along quickly with all the finea of ness professional company. As the curtain opened and the lights dimmed, a pin drop could be heard as Mrs. Eleanor Williams and Charles Josie burst forth In song. A murmer of appreciation went thru the student body as Mrs. Joy Henkel and Gordon Quigley waltzed across the stage, As a shy maiden In gigantic sleeves, Mrs. Gayle McDonald held her English students spell A bound. ripple of mirth stirred as Joseph Hillstead, the congenial Irving principal, and Robert Cutler appeared In handle-ba- r mustaches.
