The Girls chorus will sing "Silent Strings, by Bantcock, and "Nobody Knows De Trouble Ive Seen", by Swift. The Band too, under Mr. Madsen, has done an excellent job this year in its many performances. They too will appear in the Music Festival for the Bands which will be held in Pay- son on May 6. ' Mr. Madsen stated that this year everything will be rated and that there would be definite competition, however, it is expected for the band to rank high in rating. If anything should bring the rating down it will be the lack of experience in sight reading. The Junior High Music Festival will be held at the Provo Tabernacle on May 4. They will enter in band, chorus, vocal sextette, and instrumental ensombles. Mr. Madsen and Mr. Webb have spent many hours in getting these students ready for the contest Thanks to them for making these two organizations as' successful as they are. We wish them luck in the music festival.
