High Students Particpate In PHYLLIS WINKLER High School Selects Play For 1947-4- 8 I The results of the plimary elections were announced on Tuesday, April 22, by Mr. Christensen, faculty advisor for election week. The candidates then drew for places on the Blue and White parties. Candidates that ran on the Blue Party were Yolanda Perry for secretary, and Robert Swenson for president, and on the White Party were Robert Hales as president and Phyllis Winkler as secretary. This was a rather unique election, seeing that both candidates for President were Bobs, and very good friends, and both girls running for Secretary also good friends. This perhaps explains the fact that it was one of the most clean elections ever held at B. Y. High.
