Increases i FARMINGTON The countys library system increased its ; circulation by 6 percent last year over 1983, a report just released ; shows. The comparative circulation re- port for the county library system shows a total of 486,973 books checked out in 1984, an increase from 983s 461,376 figure. The greatest number of books were borrowed from the countys south branch library in Bountiful, Iwhich loaned out 219,464 books. The north branch in Clearfield had the largest circulation increase from 1983, with 175,692 books checked out last year, compared with the 1983 figure of 155,515, the report states. Brian Namba, a trial lawyer, graduated from the University of Utah and the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.
