Served as president of the Price Downtown Merchants Association for four years. Started the St. Patricks Day Parade and responsible for many of the associations promotions. Represents the chamber on the Carbon County Recreation Board. Lives in Price with wife, Jackie, and two children. Enjoys play- BILLIE SAMPINOS State Farm Insurance agent. Billie is a Price native and a graduate of the University of Utah. She has had the agercy for the past 18 months. She was put on reading. the Promotions & Membership Council because of her enthusiasm. She enjoys golf, hiking, biking and all other outdoor activities. Tatton Insurance agentco-owne- r for the past fourteen years, when she & Richard moved back to Price. Sandra is a member of the Xi Kappa Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi; and the Independent Insurance Agents of Utah. Besides keeping busy with the insurance business, they are very supportive of their two children and their activities. This begins the 12th year as the paid executive of the chamber for Thelma. She also serves as the executive director for Castle Country Travel Council. She represents the chamber on many local boards and committees; is charged with coordinating legislative affairs and chamber programs.
