The get together was special because the Petersons baby daughter was named and blessed by her father that day. Ashley Nielson, a daughter of Clair and Kathy Nielson, of Ephraim, won 6th place in advanced power tumbling in the Summer games at Cedar City on June 24 th. Ruth Hansen enjoyed visits from her three daughters and some of their families while she has been ill. Natalie Wilson came from Monterey, California; LaRue and John Bailey and family, Vernal, spent the past two weeks in Ephraim; Laura and Donald McGraw and two girls, Holly and Rachel, came from San Diego, California this week for an extended visit LuGene Nielson has been busy with her four grandchildren the past week. Amy and Michael, children of Todd and Susan Nielson of Orem and Tiffany and Jesse, children of Randy and Wendy Nielson of Green River, Wyoming have been in Ephraim. Todd and Susan came for their children Sunday and Randy and Wendy came to spend the 4th of July and to bring their children home Tuesday. Barry and Tamara Baker and daughter, Heather, visited Heidi and her husband Shane in Salt Lake City the past weekend. The five daughters ofStella Anderson surprised their mother on June 26th when they came to Catherine and Clyde Russell, Santa Rosa, California, visited the past weekend with Catherines mother, Virginia Nielson and with her sisters, Marilyn Edwards and Margaret Allen and family. They picnicked in Ephraim Canyon and some attended the temple. The Russells visited in Provo, Cedar City and Las Vegas, Nevada with their daughters before returning home. Kathleen Rees and four children, Jeffery, J.R., Dallin and Jennifer visited in Ephraim with her parents, Ross and Linnie Findlay, last week.
