They were joined by their six childrenand their spouses, Orson (Yvonne) Anderson, Lelina (Byron) Christensen, Lorretta (Bob) Brown, Donna (John) Gittens, Terry (Terry) Anderson and Lee J. Anderson. Obituaries Kendrick Workman Kendrick Workman, 76, died on Wednesday morning, August 12, 1992. He was born December 11, 1915 in Lovell, Wyoming to at his residence Cornelius and Lydia June Lemmon Workman. He married Mary Ellen Burton June 7, 1937 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; she preceded him in death. He married Ruth Musser, April 6, 1983 in Salt Lake LDS Temple. Reared and educated in Lovell, Wyoming and Delta, Utah. He graduated from theUniversity of Wyoming. He taught mathematics at high schools in Montana, Wyoming, Utah and LDS Church College in New Zealand. He moved to St. George in 1987. An active member of the LDS Church he had served four full time missions and served as an ordi nance worker i n fi ve tern pies. He had been an elders quorum president, high councilman, counselor in bishopric, taught genealogy and the gospel doctrine classes. He enjoyed music and sang in many ward choirs. He was active in drama and was interested in the youth and had great influence in the lives of young people. He had a special empathy for and was continually helping those who were less fortunate. He had been active in politics. He is survived by his wife of St. George; a son, David B. Workman, Layton and five daughters: Mary Jeanne Jenness, Moscow, Idaho; Alice Kendrick Workman Sndeger, West Valley City; Anne Beus and El izabeth May ries, both ofSandy;andShauna Buchanan, West Jordan; 14 stepchildren: David Scott, Bountiful; Judith Asay, Kathleen Logan; Richardson, Thomas A.
