NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section Utah CodeAnnotated 1953 as amended, that on May 5, 1993, the City Council of the City of Manti, Sanpete County, Utah (the Issuer"), adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") in which it authorized and approved issuance of its General Obligation Streets Bonds, Series 1993 (the Bonds"), in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed One Million ($1,000,000) Dollars, and to bear interest at a rate or rates of not to exceed seven (7.0) per cent per annum, to mature in not more than twenty-tw- o (22) years from their date or dates. Pursuant to the Resolution, the Bonds are to be issued for the purpose of raising money for construction of and improvements and repairs to streets of the Issuer (the 1, Project"), including, without limitation, all fees and expenses reasonably incurred in connection therewith and with the issuance of such Bond as may be properly payable from the proceeds thereof. The Bonds are to be issued and sold by the Issuer pursuant to the Resolution. The Issuer is to adopt a final bond resolution in such form and with such changes thereto as the Issuer shall approve upon the adoption thereof, provided that the principal amount, interest rate or rates and maturity will not exceed the respective maxim ums described above.
