So, I will give you some good material to think about and encourage you to use your seat belts and child safety seats. Ifyou sit back and think, there have really been some changes in attitude about driving. We have an increase in drivers driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Did you realize that in Utah, one out of every seven drivers is driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol after midnight? Thats why my daughter and son have to be home by midnight. Now we also have to worry about road rage and aggressive drivers. Road rage and aggressive drivers are not the same, they are two very different problems. Aggressive driving is a traffic offense or combination of offenses such as following too close, speeding, unsafe lane changes, failing to signal, and other forms of negligent or inconsiderate driving. These are the people that may pass on the shoulder or turn through three lanes for an exit and set up a crash and continue on their way, perhaps oblivious of what they have caused. Road rage, on the other hand, is a criminal offense. This happens when a traffic incident escalates into a dangerous situation. This is where someone has been involved in an aggressive driving incident, overreacts, and responds with some type of violence. This can My community surroundings tains east of our town. We have quite a few farmers in our town. In the spring time its really pretty because its getting green and some flowers are out. The leaves are starting to come out. The flowers around the temple are beautiful and colorful. The temple hiss is bright green in the springtime. Another reason why I like my community is because some of my friends live in my community. If I didnt have friends living where I live, It wouldn't be fun. Sometimes my friends and I go play street hockey, rollerblade, play basketball, night games, softball, or have parties. I have good friends and they are a good influence on me. My friends are fun to be with. I go to movies, games, dances, and parties with them. I couldn't ask for better friends.
