Performance dates are Friday, Saturday and Monday, Nov. 12,13 and 15 at the Manti High School Auditorium. Curtain time is 7:30 by Chad Cox, Jamie Luster, Ben p.m. Pam Bailey. The story of Brigadoon takes place as two American men travel to Scotland to hunt in the Scottish Highlands. They become lost and discover a magic village that only comes alive every 100 years. The people and the town are 200 years Some of the familiar songs in this production are: The Heather on the Hill, Go Home with old. The story follows the hunters through the day and tells the tale of their experiences in this unique little village. We welcome the opportunity to serve you with your healthcare needs. yj NOTICES Greg Rosenvall, Administrator "Because the public has a right to know" NOTICE OF BONDS I TO BE ISSUED IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions Utah Code of Section Annotated 1953, as amended, that on November 3, 1999, The Board of Trustees of the Municipal Building Authority of Manti City, Sanpete County, Utah (the Authority), adopted a resolution in which it authorized and approved issuance of its Municipal Building Authority Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 1998 (the Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,500,000, to bear interest at the rate of not to exceed six and (6.5) percent per annum, to mature in not more than twenty-fiv- e (25) years from their date or dates, and to be sold at a discount from par, expressed as a percentage of principal amount, not to exceed two (2.0) per cent. The Bonds, pursuant to said resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Authority duly adopted on November 3, 1999, and pursuant to the provisions of the Utah Municipal Building Authority Act, Chapter 29 of Title 1 of the Utah Code Annotated 1 953, as amended (the Act), are to be issued for the purpose of defraying the cost qf NOTICE one-ha- lf 1 where said Resolution may be examined during regular business hours of the Authority from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Said Resolution shall be so available for inspection for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after date of the publication of this notice. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that pursuant to law for a period of thirty (30) days from and after the date of the publication of this notice, any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of the Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Authority adopted on January 7, 1998, or the Municipal Building Authority Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 1999 authorized thereby or any provision made for the security or payment of said Bonds and that after such time, no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality thereof for any cause whatsoever. If within said thirty (30) days following the publication of this notice, a written petition requesting an election signed by twenty percent (20) or more of the registered voters in the City of Manti is filed with the Board of Trustees of the Authority, the Board shall submit to the voters for their approval or rejection, the question of whether or not to issue the Bonds as set forth in this notice.
