I , Permanent Deacon Ordained LAYTON A Layton man will be ordained as a permanent deacon for the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in ; ceremonies Saturday in the Cathedral of the Madeleine, Salt Lake City by Most Reverend William K. Weigand, Bishop of Salt Lake City. ' Louis E. Marazo will be among ten to be ordained in what will be the fifth jrodination of permanent deacons to take place in Utah since the Permanent Deaconate was restored by the Second Vatican Council. !
