She has served in many capacities in community, church and school including Orem High Senior Class officer, SCERA Theatre volunteer, performer in community and school plays, involvement in Utah Valley Youth Symphony as a cellist, part of a family blue grass band and performer in an Eastern European musical tour. She currently holds a 9.658 at Orem High School. Zane Alder, scholarship committee chairman, said, "The scholarship program has been very successful and we are studying ways to extend it to other schools in the area." Norm Nielsen, SCERA President, said, "We are thrilled with this years recipients and are confident that they will be worthy mitted to and practice community service. 1992 recipients are Shaun Ogden of Mountain View High School and Alison Keller of Orem High School. Shaun is the son of Miles and Carla Ogden of Orem. He plans to attend Brigham Young University this fall and pursue a degree in aeronautical engineering. He has participated in a variety of service projects over the years, and has received his Eagle Scout Award.
