Change order 2 Fillmore Elementary School which would decrease the contract amount for 54,829.80. 2. Change order 85 Delta Middle School would increase the amount $2,598.60 and extend the contract completion date 15 days. 3. Change order 6 Delta Middle School. The Board of Education was not in favor of this change order. 4. Change order 7 Delta Middle School would increase the amount $3,202.00 and extend the contract completion one day to August 12, 1977. Member Harris made a motion to accept change orders 2,5,&7 and not approve Change Order 6 seconded by Member Frampton and carried unanimously by th e Members of the Board. The completion date for the Delta Middle School would be August 12, 197. Discussion was held concerning the invoice received from Tekton Inc. for the month of June, 1977. Member Christensen made a motion to amend the list of bills to remove the Tekton Inc. bill and adjust the current bill for the amount of 10 seconded by Member Galli and carried y by the Members of the Board. The following new teachers names were to the presented Board of Education for aproval: Susan Rowley and Carol Fames. Member Harris made a motion to approve the above teachers, seconded by Member Galli and carried unamimously by the Members of the Board. Discussion was held concerning the Assistant Principals salary at Millard High School and Delta High School. Member Frampton made a motion to approve the amount as paid in the prior year, seconded by Member Chrisfen-se- n and carried unanimously by the Members of the Board. The travel expense policy for the District was submitted to the Board of Education for the revisions for the School year 1977-7Member Harris made a motion to approve the travel expense policy as submitted, seconded by Member Frampton and carried unanimously by the Members of the Board. The AcStudent tivity fees wre reviewed as follows: From $18.00 to $20.00 for grades ten thru twelve and from $14.00 to $16.00 for grades thru eight nine. This would allow students into all activities including practice Member games.
