Swonsen, the Valley Shirts Association, a county advisory board, and its three principle officers. The Valley Sports Association is responsible for directing use of the softhall complex, according to the suit. He claims that meetings held to discuss his application were closed to the public and he was not allowed to attend them lie charges in the lawsuit, "Defendants regularly hold and conduct meetings" in violation of the open meetings law and specifically have "systematically excluded plaintiff from attending mid meetings."
