Show DEATH CLAIMS A PROMISING BOY on thursday last about one the angel of death entered the home of oc nr and mrs joseph A west taking from them their little five year old son joseph franklin the little fellow had been ill III for about one month his trouble commencing with tonsillitis litls litis and he recovered apparently three times only to have a recurrence of the trouble with his little body weakened by suffering other complications easily set in and an abscess formed on his neck which became very aggravating and it was as a result of all these troubles that his little life was taken josph was a beautiful child both ip in features and in spirit veritably a son of promise and his passing was indeed a hard bard blow to his bis parents brothers and sisters beautiful and impressive funeral services were held at the family residence saturday morning commencing at 11 presided over by bishop lorenzo N stohl remarks were made by elders S E hinckley adolph madsen J D peters pros pres oleen N stool jesse W hoopes IIo and bishop stohl words of comfort were spoken and a ball hallowed owed influence accompanied all that was done A quartette consisting of daisy madsen sev sevena ena Mad madsen seu S no lee and victor E madsen sang 0 my aly father sty my father knows and sometime well understand the prayers were offered by elders H C jensen and D P burt at the conclusion of the services the little remains were conveyed to a waiting car on main alain street landwere and were accompanied to ogden by members of the family from this city and ogden where they were interred in the farally family burial plot |
