Show I THE DAIRY INDUSTRY. ? While in Cache Valley recently our attention was called anew to th'e wonderful won-derful prosperity attending the farmers farm-ers of that vaUey. On every hand there are evidences of prosperity and success not present some years ago. We have been fairly conversant with the agricultural growth there during the past twenty-five years and to our mind the present condition is due very largely to the establishment and continuance con-tinuance of the dairy industry there. The excellent pastures and forage crops of the Cache Valley, the ideal climate and unexcelled water supply all are favorable to this industry, but behind all these and of even more importance im-portance in making the industry a success is the men who have established estab-lished the factories and who have fur nished the milk. They Have worked hand in hand with full confidence and H today Gache Valley stands as one of H if not the leading dairy valleys of the H entire west. There are many other H valleys in Utah that could, with, profit, 1 H follow the example of Cache Valley H in this respect. '. flfl M |
